Do I need a doctor's referral?+
Utah is a "Direct Access" state, meaning you can see a physical therapist without a formal referral from a physician. However, some insurance plans may still require a referral for reimbursement purposes. We can help you verify this during your first call.
What insurance plans do you accept?+
We accept most major insurance providers including SelectHealth, BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. Please contact our office with your insurance information so we can provide a detailed benefit breakdown before your first visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?+
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows us to easily access the area we are treating.
How long are the appointments?+
Initial evaluations typically last 60 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions are generally 45-60 minutes of one-on-one time with your Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Do you offer services in Spanish?+
Yes. We have bilingual staff members available to assist Spanish-speaking patients through every step of the rehabilitation process, from scheduling to clinical treatment.
